Booking policies

💳 Deposits & payment

• A deposit by Interac e-Transfer to info@atlantislimousine.ca holds your date: $100-$150 for bookings under $1,000, $200 for bookings over $1,000 and $250 for bookings of $1,500 or more.
• The balance is due on the day of service, by e-Transfer or cash to your chauffeur before the first pickup.
• We do not accept cheques.
• Your quote shows the price, 13% HST and the 15% chauffeur gratuity, so the total you see is the total you pay.

📅 Cancellations & changes

• Please give at least 2 weeks' notice to cancel. Deposits are non-refundable inside that window.
• Need to change a time or address? Text us as early as possible and we'll do our best to adjust.

⏱️ Minimum hours & overtime

• Most hourly bookings have a 3-hour minimum. Weddings and proms may need 4-5 hours. Airport and point-to-point trips are priced per trip.
• Overtime beyond 25 minutes past your booked time is charged at $80. Let your chauffeur know early if you'd like to extend.
• Trips that use the 407 ETR have a $70 toll charge.

🥂 On board

• No smoking or vaping.
• Spills, extra cleaning or damage are charged to the booking.
• Music, lights and everything else inside are yours to control.

❄️ Weather & safety

• If severe weather makes travel unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule.
• Your chauffeur may end a trip early if passengers put anyone's safety at risk.
