How do I book?
Request a quote online, by text or by phone. Once you're happy with the price, an e-transfer deposit to info@atlantislimousine.ca holds your date and we send your confirmation.
How much is the deposit?
$100-$150 for bookings under $1,000, $200 for bookings over $1,000 and $250 for bookings of $1,500 or more. The balance is due on the day of service.
Is there a first-time discount?
Yes, first-time customers get 25% off their first booking. It's already applied in your quote.
What's included in the price?
Your vehicle and professional chauffeur for the booked time. Quotes show the price, 13% HST and the 15% driver gratuity, so the total you see is the total you pay. Extra stops within our service area are included.
What about cleaning or damage?
Any spills, extra cleaning or damage are charged to the booking. Smoking and vaping are not allowed.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Most hourly bookings have a 3-hour minimum; weddings and proms may need 4-5 hours. Point-to-point and airport transfers are priced per trip.
What if we run late?
Overtime beyond 25 minutes is charged at $80. Let your chauffeur know as early as possible and we'll do our best to extend.
What areas do you serve?
Toronto and the whole GTA (York, Peel, Durham, Halton), plus Hamilton, Barrie and Niagara. Ask us about other Ontario trips.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 2 weeks' notice. Deposits are non-refundable inside that window.
What about winter weather?
If severe weather makes travel unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule.
